Test B: Power Seat Moves, But Is Noisy

Turn ignition off. Check and tighten any loose fasteners. Check alignment of seat track-to-floor and seat track-to-seat. If seat track is out of alignment, align track to seat and to floor. Retest system for normal operation. If seat track is not out of alignment, replace seat track. See POWER SEAT TRACK  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Retest system for normal operation.
