Possible Causes
- Excessive steering fluid fill.
- Fluid cap missing, loose damaged or missing O-ring seal.
- Loose or damaged hose fittings.
- Leakage at shaft seal: Seal damage. Pump rotor shaft damage, such as grooving, pitting or scratches. Pump rotor shaft bushing worn.
- Inlet tube.
- Housing porosity.
- Loose tube union nut, relief valve.
- Tube union, relief valve damaged.
