Removal & Installation Mystique

  1. Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS  . Disable air bag system. See DISABLING SYSTEM  under DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM. Leave negative battery cable disconnected. Remove 3 screws from top of instrument cluster bezel. Remove 3 screw covers and screws from bottom of instrument cluster bezel. Pull instrument cluster bezel out and disconnect electrical connectors.
  2. Remove instrument cluster bezel. Remove 5 instrument cluster mounting screws. Pull instrument cluster out and disconnect electrical connectors. Remove instrument cluster.
  3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Activate air bag system. See ACTIVATING SYSTEM  under DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM. Ensure proper system function. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK  .
