On-Demand Self-Test

Connect New Generation Star (NGS) tester to Data Link Connector (DLC), located under instrument panel. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Select MODEL YEAR and VEHICLE. Select DIAGNOSTIC DATA LINK. Select RCM. Select DIAGNOSTIC TEST MODES. Select ON-DEMAND SELF-TEST. Press START and then TRIGGER. RCM will run on-demand self test and display ON-DEMAND DTCs on tester screen.
