Insert grounding spike into earth. Connect grounding cable between grounding spike and fuel injection supply manifold. See Fig 1.
Turn manual lockdown valve jackscrew inward on each fuel tank solenoid valve. See Fig 2. Ensure bleed valve on fuel rail pressure tester and venting kit is closed. Connect Venting Hose (134-00118) to Schrader valve on fuel rail. Connect venting hose to Fuel Pressure Test And Venting Kit (134-00121) manifold.
Connect venting hose to vent stack. Remove fuel pump relay from power distribution box. Construct a jumper wire approximately 6" long with spade terminals on each end. Connect jumper between fuel pump relay terminals No. 30 and 87. See Fig 3, Fig 4 or Fig 5 .
Slowly open bleed valve on fuel pressure vent and fuel rail test kit manifold and allow fuel to vent through vent stack for one minute. Close bleed valve and remove fuel rail pressure test and venting kit from vehicle.
