Power Steering Pump Pulley: Installation

    All vehicles 

    NOTE: Make sure the pulley is flush with the end of the power steering pump shaft.

  1. Using the special tool, install the power steering pump pulley.
  2. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner and install the accessory drive belt on the power steering pump pulley. For additional information, refer to ACCESSORY DRIVE .

    3. Vehicles with 4.2L engine 

  3. Install the air cleaner outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION & FILTERING .

    4. Vehicles with 4.6L engine 

  4. Install the cooling fan and shroud. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .

    5. Vehicles with 5.4L engine 

  5. Install the air cleaner intake pipe. For additional information, refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION & FILTERING .
