Removal and Installation

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  2. Release the clamp and disconnect the return line from the power steering fluid cooler.
  3. Release the clamp and disconnect the low pressure line from the power steering fluid cooler.
  4. Remove the 2 bolts and the power steering fluid cooler.
    • To install, tighten to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft).
  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
