Fuel Tank Shutoff Solenoid Valve: Removal

CAUTION:
Vent line fittings have left hand threads.
Vent system and tank pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Ensure fuel tank is completely empty. Remove affected fuel tank. Remove retaining screws and fuel tank solenoid valve electrical connector. Slowly remove fuel tank shutoff solenoid valve and let any residual pressure slowly escape. Remove fuel tank shutoff solenoid valve.
