Removal and Installation

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
  2. Disconnect the brake pedal position (BPP) switch electrical connector and remove the cover.

  3. Remove the retaining pin and slide the BPP off the brake pedal.

  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
