Removal & Installation (3.0L)

Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor is located on front cover near crankshaft pulley. Disconnect negative battery cable. Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect CKP sensor connector. Remove CKP sensor bolts and CKP sensor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten CKP sensor bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
