Removal & Installation

Remove accelerator cover, if equipped. Remove air cleaner and duct assembly. Disconnect accelerator cable, return spring and speed control cable, if equipped, from throttle lever. Disconnect Throttle Position (TP) sensor connector. Remove 4 bolts retaining throttle body assembly to intake manifold. Remove throttle body. Clean gasket mating surfaces. Install NEW gasket. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
