Removal & Installation (LPG)

- Release LPG fuel pressure. See LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS FUEL LINE VENTING under FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE. Disconnect negative battery cable. Drain engine cooling system. Disconnect fuel outlet line. Remove 3 bolts retaining accelerator cable snow shield and remove snow shield.
- Remove 4 bolts retaining compuvalve to compuvalve bracket. Disconnect vacuum line from compuvalve. Remove 2 bolts and disconnect main harness from compuvalve. Disconnect fuel inlet line. Disconnect coolant hoses. Disconnect electrical connectors and remove compuvalve.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Reinstall compuvalve and connect electrical connectors. Connect coolant hoses and fuel inlet line. Connect main wiring harness connector and install 2 bolts retaining connector. Connect vacuum line to compuvalve. Install 4 bolts to retain compuvalve. Install accelerator cable snow shield. Connect fuel outlet line. Connect negative battery cable.
