Removal & Installation (2.0L)

Remove exhaust manifold. See EXHAUST MANIFOLD under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION in 2.0L ENGINE article in ENGINES. Disconnect Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor wire connector from engine harness, located at back of engine. Remove CKP sensor mounting screws. Remove CKP sensor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
