Engine Mount: Installation

Install the motor mounts and loosely install the bolts.

Lower the engine.
Remove the lifting attachment and lifting crane.

Remove the special tools.

Install the upper motor mount studs.

Tighten the motor mount bolts.

NOTE: The top retaining nut must be tightened first.

Install the motor mount retaining nuts.
Tighten the exhaust pipe retaining nuts.

Position back the cable and install the bolt. Install the RH fan stator stand-off.

Position the power steering pump and install the bolts.

Install the LH fan stator stand-off.

Install the upper power steering bolts.

Install the A/C compressor. For additional information, refer to HEATING & VENTILATION .
Install the cooling fan stator and radiator. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
