Parameter Identification (PID) Access: Description

NOTE: Always access PCM PIDs before AFCM PIDs.

The parameter identification (PID) mode allows access to certain data values, analog and digital inputs and outputs, calculated values and system status information. Throughout the service information articles there will be references to these PID values.
