Output Shaft Speed Sensor: Removal

Raise and support the vehicle. Disconnect Output Shaft Speed (OSS) sensor harness connector. Remove the OSS sensor screw (1). See Fig 1 . Remove the OSS sensor (2) from the transmission. Inspect the OSS sensor O-ring for damage. If damaged, install a new O-ring.
