Shift linkage or cable, improperly torqued valve body bolts, valve body components (direct clutch accumulator regulator valve, low reverse modulator valve, springs), check ball (BS1 or BS3) missing or damaged, reinforcing plate improperly installed, coast clutch assembly and reverse clutch assembly damaged.
