Record shift speeds. Reduce speed and come to a complete stop. Accelerate from stop at full throttle. Record shift speeds. Monitor shift feel. Ensure transaxle engine braking is felt in "2" and "1" gear. See SHIFT SPEED SPECIFICATIONS  table.
  2. Connect appropriate scan tool to Data Link Connector (DLC). Perform road test as described in step  1 and monitor shift solenoid operation. See SHIFT SOLENOID OPERATION  table under DESCRIPTION & OPERATION. Check clutch and band applications. See CLUTCH & BAND APPLICATIONS  under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
