NOTE: If KOEO INJECTOR ELECTRICAL SELF-TEST aborts while trying to perform test, go to TEST NA, step 29)  under SYSTEM TESTS in SELF-DIAGNOSTICS - EEC-V - DIESEL article. Check injector high and low side circuits for shorts or opens.
