Safety Belt Shoulder Height Adjuster - Front Row, Crew Cab and Excursion: Removal

    NOTE: Inspect the shoulder safety belt guide and cover for damage. If the shoulder safety belt guide or cover is damaged or cover does not remain closed, install a new shoulder safety belt guide.

  1. Remove the shoulder safety belt guide.
    1. Position the shoulder safety belt guide cover up.
    2. Remove the shoulder safety belt guide nut.
    3. Remove the shoulder safety belt guide.
  2. Remove the front door scuff plate, the rear door scuff plate, the rear assist handle and the center body pillar trim panel. Refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
  3. Remove the height adjuster cover (602B90).

  4. Remove the shoulder safety belt height adjuster (602B82).
    1. Use the Seat Belt Bolt Bit to remove the bolts.
    2. Remove the shoulder safety belt height adjuster.
