Removal and Installation

Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
Remove the rear door speaker. Refer to SPEAKERS .
Release the upper door latch cable and conduit from the remote control.
1. Open the locking clip and release the cable.
2. Release the cable conduit.

Remove the upper rear door latch.
1. Remove the screws.
2. Remove the upper rear door latch.

NOTE: The linkage must be adjusted during installation. Refer to LATCH CABLE ADJUSTMENT - REAR, SUPERCAB .

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
