Rear Quarter Window Glass - Fixed: Installation

    NOTE: When applying foam butyl, leave a slight overlap at the bottom to allow for drainage.
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    • Starting at the bottom middle and working around the frame, apply an 8-mm (0.32-in) bead of foam butyl sealant meeting Ford specification WSB-M2G234-C to the rear quarter window glass frame.
    • Loosely install all the nuts before tightening.
