Removal and Installation

    NOTE: Removing the rear seat requires more than one technician.

  1. Remove the retainers and the rear seat.
    2. NOTE: When installing the seat, tighten the two front mounting bolts, then the rear two mounting nuts.
  2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  3. Check the active restraint system for correct operation.
    • Make sure the safety belt is not twisted prior to installation.
