Inspection and Verification

  1. Verify the customer concern.
  2. Verify that the components related to the fuse are operating correctly. If all components are not operating correctly, the fuse or the fuse feed may be the reason.
  3. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage. Refer to the following chart.

  4. If an obvious cause for an observed or reported concern is found, correct the cause before proceeding to the next step.
  5. If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom. GO to SYMPTOM CHART .
