Removal and Installation

    NOTE: The following removal and installation procedures apply to all original-equipment DVD player units.
  1. Disconnect the battery. Refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
  2. Remove the screws.

  3. Lower the video system enclosure.
    • Grasp the front edge of the enclosure and pull down gently.

  4. Disconnect the DVD player electrical connector.

  5. Disconnect the heater control electrical connectors.

  6. Remove the DVD player.
    1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
    2. Remove the screws.

  7. Disconnect the infrared electrical connector.

  8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
