Seal - Front Output: Installation

  1. Using the special tools, install a new front output seal.

  2. Install the front flange.
    • Use the special tool to prevent the flange from turning while installing a new nut.

    3. CAUTION: Align the index marks.
  3. Install the front driveshaft. Refer to DRIVESHAFT .
  4. Check and, if necessary, fill the transfer case with the specified fluid to the specified level. Refer to TRANSFER CASE DRAINING AND FILLING .
  5. Lower the vehicle.
