Throttle Body - Spacer: Installation

- Install the TB spacer.
- Install a new TB spacer gasket.
- Position the TB spacer.
- Install the four bolts in two stages.
- Stage 1: Tighten the bolts to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
- Stage 2: Tighten an additional 90 degrees.
- Connect the TP sensor electrical connector.
- Connect the hose and electrical connector to the IAC valve.
- Connect the vacuum hose to the throttle body (TB).
- Connect the heated PCV coolant hoses.
- Connect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube and the vacuum hoses.
- Install the accelerator cable bracket.
- Position the accelerator cable bracket.
- Install the bolts.
- Connect the accelerator cable.
- Connect the speed control actuator.
- Connect the accelerator cable.
- Install the acceleration control return spring.
- Fill and bleed the engine cooling system. Refer to ENGINE COOLING .
- Install the air cleaner outlet tube and the accelerator cable splash shield. Refer to INTAKE AIR DISTRIBUTION & FILTERING .
- Connect the battery ground cable. Refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
