Check the following: low line pressure, valve body (SS1, SS2, SS3, SS4, EPC solenoid, 1-2 shift valve, or forward modulator valve/EPC boost valve stuck or damaged), incorrectly tightened valve body bolts (cross-leaks), or intermediate band or servo damaged or out of adjustment.
