Check the following: improper fluid level, shift linkage, low line pressure, filter assembly (plugged), filter seal damaged or missing, valve body (sticking valves), incorrectly tightened valve body bolts (cross-leaks), front one-way clutch, forward clutch assembly, or rear one-way clutch assembly.
