Removal and Installation

    4.6L, 5.4L And 6.8L Vehicles 

  1. Disconnect the battery. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
  2. Remove the battery.

    3. ALL VEHICLES 

  3. Disconnect the A/C cycling switch connector.

  4. Remove the A/C cycling switch (19E561) from the top of the suction accumulator/drier (19C836).

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
    • Install a new O-ring seal lubricated in clean mineral oil.
