Disassembly and Assembly

  1. Remove the seal.

  2. Remove the seals.

  3. Drain the heater core.
  4. Remove the temperature blend door actuator motor (19E616).
    1. Remove the screws.
    2. Remove the temperature blend door actuator motor.

  5. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
