Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Cooler - Oil-to-Air Fluid Cooler, TorqShift: Removal

- Remove only the upper bolts by inserting a long extension and socket through the front grille and bumper.
- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
- Remove the bolts and the skid plate (4x4 only).
- Remove the bolts and the air deflector.
- Release the constant tension clamp from the cooler outlet to auxiliary cooler inlet fitting hose at the auxiliary cooler and disconnect the hose.
- Release the constant tension clamp from the auxiliary cooler return hose to the remote mount fluid filter housing inlet hose at the bottom of the radiator. Separate the hoses.
- Remove the remaining bolts from the oil-to-air (OTA) transmission fluid cooler.
