Transmission Filler Tube: Removal

  1. Remove the fluid level indicator.

  2. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  3. Remove the RH front wheel.
  4. Remove the inner wheel liner.

  5. Remove the bolt.

    6. NOTE: It may be necessary to disconnect the wiring harness from the starter motor to remove the transmission fluid filler tube.

  6. Remove the transmission fluid filler tube.
