Disassembly and Assembly

Remove the radiator. For additional information, refer to RADIATOR - 6.0L DIESEL .
Remove the push pin and radiator air deflector.

Remove the bolts and fan shroud.

Remove the bolts and separate the charge air cooler from the radiator.

NOTE: Right side shown, left side similar.

Remove the bolts and brackets from the radiator.
To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
- Install the LH bolts first, for alignment of the charge air cooler to the radiator.
