Oil Pump: Removal

- Remove the crankshaft sprocket (6306). For additional information, refer to TIMING DRIVE COMPONENTS - WINDSOR ENGINE (5.4L) or TIMING DRIVE COMPONENTS - ROMEO ENGINE (4.6L) .
- Remove the oil pan. For additional information, refer to OIL PAN .
- Remove the bolts and the oil pump.
CAUTION:
The oil pump must be primed prior to starting the engine.
