Rear Safety Belt - Third Row

WARNING:
All safety belt assemblies including retractors, buckles, front seat belt buckle support assemblies (slide bar), shoulder belt height adjusters (if so equipped) child safety seat tether attachments and attaching hardware should be inspected after any collision. All belt assemblies should be replaced unless a qualified technician finds the assemblies show no damage and operate properly. Belt assemblies not in use during a collision should also be inspected and replaced if either damage or improper operation is noted.
NOTE:
RH side safety belt retractor shown, LH side similar.
NOTE:
The third row seat has been removed for clarity.
- Remove the rear quarter trim panel to access the third row retractor. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM PANELS .
- Remove the third row seat cushion to access the third row safety belt buckles. For additional information, refer to REAR SEAT -- THIRD ROW .
- Remove the jack to access the third row safety belt buckles.
- Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.
To remove individual parts, only carry out the listed steps:
