Heater Control Valve and Heater Hoses - 4.6L (2V)

NOTE:
Lubricate the coolant hoses with plain water only if needed.
- Position the vehicle on a hoist with the gear selector in NEUTRAL. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
- If removing any component other than the heater control valve, drain the engine coolant. For additional information, refer to ENGINE COOLING .
- If removing the heater control valve only, clamp off the heater hoses at the heater control valve inlet and outlet.
- Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.
To remove individual parts, only carry out the listed steps:
