Removal and Installation

Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
Remove the cooling fan and fan shroud. For additional information, refer to refer to RADIATOR, COOLING FAN AND SHROUD .
Rotate the tensioner clockwise and remove the belt.

Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Fill and bleed the cooling system. For additional information, refer to COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .
