Power Locks

The power lock/unlock feature requests all doors, including the liftgate, to lock or unlock upon a request from the door lock control switch, the keyless entry keypad or the remote transmitter. Power locking and unlocking of the doors functions independently of the ignition key position, vehicle speed or transmission position. The smart junction box (SJB) activates internal relays to supply the correct power and grounds for the door lock actuators.

If all doors, liftgate and hood (with perimeter alarm) are closed when a lock command is received, the turn signals provide 1 flash. If any doors, liftgate or hood (with alarm) are ajar, then no flash will occur.
