Front Brake Caliper: Removal

NOTE:
If caliper does not require service, it is not necessary to remove brake hose from caliper unless indicated.
- Raise and support vehicle.
- Remove wheel and tire assembly.
- Mark caliper to ensure replacement on correct knuckle. Remove caliper locating pins. See Fig 1 .
- Remove banjo bolt and discard copper washers (if necessary). Lift caliper off rotor.
- Remove brake pads.
