Check Valve

  1. Check the brake booster hose and vacuum hose for cuts, abrasions and cracks.
  2. If any of these conditions exist, install a new brake booster hose and vacuum hose.
  3. Using Rotunda Tester (014-R1058), apply 19.69 in. Hg vacuum to the brake booster side of the power brake booster check valve. If a vacuum does not exist, install a new power brake booster check valve.
