MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS

Item Specification
Urethane Metal Primer Essex U-413 WSB-M2G234-C
Urethane Glass Prep Essex U-401 WSB-M5B280-C
Urethane Glass Primer Essex U-402 WSB-M2G314-B
Urethane Adhesive Essex 400-HV WSB-M2G316-B
  1. Remove the cowl panel grille. For additional information, Refer to COWL PANEL GRILLE  .
  2. Remove the interior mirror. For additional information, Refer to INTERIOR MIRROR .
  3. Remove the LH and RH windshield side garnish mouldings. For additional information, Refer to INTERIOR TRIM PANELS .
  4. If equipped, remove the overhead console.
  5. Remove the sun visors.
  6. Remove the assist handles.
  7. Position the LH and RH weatherstrips aside.
  8. Lower the front portion of the headliner.
  9. Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following illustration.

  10. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
