Steering Column Switches

Disconnect the battery. For additional information, refer to ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
If removing the multifunction switch, remove the ignition lock cylinder. For additional information, refer to HANDLES, LOCKS, LATCHES AND ENTRY SYSTEMS .
If removing the ignition switch, remove the steering column opening trim cover and reinforcement.

Remove the parts in the order indicated in the following illustration and table.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
