Items 4: Front Parking Brake Cable and Conduit Removal Note

  1. Lower the parking brake control handle.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle to access the front cable and conduit equalizer. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  3. Disconnect the 2 rear parking brake cables from the equalizer.

  4. If removing the cable assembly, position the cable guide through the floor pan and disconnect the cable assembly from the parking brake control.
