Front Seat Cushion - 60 Percent Bench: Assembly

  1. Install the seat cushion trim cover and install the hog rings

  2. Install the seat cushion pan into the seat cushion foam pad.

  3. Route the recliner cable through the seat pan and install the retaining clip into the seat cushion pan.

  4. Attach the J-clips and the attach the side foam pad retainer strap.

  5. Install the seat track assembly and install the seat cushion-to-frame front bolts.

  6. Install the two rear seat cushion-to-frame bolts.

  7. Install the seat track spring.

  8. Install the 60 percent seat backrest assembly. For additional information, refer to FRONT SEAT BACKREST - 60 PERCENT BENCH .
  9. Install the 60 percent armrest. For additional information, refer to SEAT ARMREST - 60 PERCENT BENCH .
  10. Install the affected seat. For additional information, refer to FRONT SEAT .
  11. Repower the SRS. For additional information, refer to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
