Trim Panel - Quarter, SuperCab With Center -Facing Rear Seat: Removal

  1. Remove the scuff plate.
    1. Remove the screws.
    2. Remove the scuff plate.

  2. If equipped, remove the windshield side garnish moulding assist handle bolt covers.

  3. If equipped, remove the windshield side garnish moulding assist handles.
    1. Remove the bolts.
    2. Remove the assist handles.

  4. Remove the windshield side garnish moulding.

  5. Remove the rear window garnish moulding.
    1. Remove the screws.
    2. Remove the rear window garnish moulding.

  6. NOTE: If the safety belt guide cover is damaged or if it does not remain closed, install a new cover.
    NOTE: Safety belt guide cover shown removed for clarity.

  7. From behind the front safety belt guide cover, release the retaining tab and open the cover.
  8. Remove the nut and safety belt guide.

  9. Remove the safety belt anchor.
    1. Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the bolt.
    2. Remove the safety belt anchor.

  10. NOTE: The quarter window glass must be open to carry out this step.

  11. If equipped with moveable quarter window glass, remove the two screws attaching the quarter window latch.
  12. Remove pin-type retainers and lower rear trim panel.

  13. Remove the quarter trim panel to floor screw.

  14. Open the rear seat.

  15. Remove the quarter trim panel pin-type retainers.

  16. Disconnect the radio speaker electrical connector.

  17. Remove the quarter trim panel.
    • Feed the safety belt webbing through the quarter trim panel.
