Pinpoint Test K: One Turn Signal/Hazard Lamp Is Always On

- K1 CHECK THE STOPLAMPS
- Press and release the brake pedal while observing the rear lamps.
- Do the stoplamps operate correctly?
- Yes : GO to K2.
- No : REFER to STOPLAMPS .
- K2 CHECK CIRCUITS 2 (WH/LB) (RH) AND 3 (LG/WH) (LH) FOR SHORTS TO POWER
- Key in OFF position.
- Disconnect: Multifunction Switch C202a.
- Key in ON position.
- Does the turn/hazard lamp continue to illuminate?
- Yes : INSTALL a new multifunction switch. REFER to STEERING COLUMN SWITCHES . TEST the system for normal operation.
- No
: For the LH front parking/turn lamp, REPAIR circuit 3 (LG/WH). TEST the system for normal operation.
For the RH front parking/turn lamp, REPAIR circuit 2 (WH/LB). TEST the system for normal operation.
