Removal and Installation

    ALL VEHICLES 

  1. Disconnect the battery. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .

    2. VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH CDX6 AUDIOPHILE 

  2. Remove the front center floor console.
    3. NOTE: Left side is shown, right side is similar.
  3. Remove the subwoofer enclosure.
    1. Remove the two bolts.
    2. Remove the two screws.
    3. Disconnect the main harness connector.

    4. VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH TREMOR AUDIO PACKAGE 

  4. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
    5. NOTE: Left side is shown, right side is similar.

  5. Remove the four enclosure assembly nuts.
  6. Pull back the carpet covering the subwoofer assembly and remove the foam substrate.

  7. Disconnect the main harness connector.

  8. Raise the enclosure and disconnect the main harness connector.

  9. Remove the subwoofer enclosure

    10. ALL VEHICLES 

  10. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
