NOTE:
Before carrying out the on-demand self-test, switch the mode selection switch into the suspect 4WD mode (4H or 4L) to verify the customer's concern.
- The vehicle does not shift between 2WD and 4WD modes correctly

- Battery junction box (BJB) fuse 13 (20A).
- Mode select switch (MSS).
- Contact plate A, B, C, or D.
- Gear motor encoder assembly.
- Circuitry.
- 4WD control module.
- Transfer case mechanism.

NOTE:
