Removal And Installation: Bearing: Removal

Using the special tool, remove the transmission input shaft pilot bearing.

Inspect the transmission input shaft pilot bearing for:
- Misalignment and looseness in the flywheel.
- Needle rollers for scoring, worn or broken needle rollers, inadequate grease or discoloration.
- Seal leakage.
